We want you to love what you ordered! But if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.

1. The Basics

1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
2. Condition: Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging with any tags attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Personalised goods cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or not as described.

2. How to Start a Return

1. Visit our Return Portal: Returns Portal or email us at polyprintuk@outlook.com with your order details.
2. Print your Label: Once approved, we will send you a shipping label via email.
3. Pack & Ship: Drop your package off at any Royal Mail location.

3. Refunds & Processing

1. Inspection: Once we receive your item, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to inspect it.
2. Credit: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Timeline: It may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your provider.

If you are returning an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, return shipping is on us. We will provide a prepaid label at no cost, and you will receive a full refund.

For unwanted items, a flat return shipping fee of £2.69 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
